Many individuals can experience symptoms associated with painful and traumatic circumstances. Anxiety, fear, panic, and hopelessness are a few emotions that can linger post traumatic events. We can help you overcome these symptoms and guide you through a process of grief and healing with hope and purpose for the present and future.
Substance Abuse and Addiction
Most people do not choose addiction. Often times, addiction results from an attempt to escape physical and/or emotional pain and stress. Therapy sessions are a supportive place to discuss issues and solutions to identify healthier options to validate, soothe, heal, and manage pain and overcome addictive behaviors.
Marriage Counseling and Personalized Retreats
Using the highly effective Making PIES model for bringing communication, healing, understanding, and connection in marriage. Developed by Dr. Stacie Brown.
Personalized Retreats (Still One:ST1LL) are offered to married couples wanting an intensive and concentrated time to work on building and enhancing love, connection, and relationship. These retreats are held in Prescott, AZ in a private cabin home. (Scholarships are available to couples in ministry.) If you would like more information, please contact us.
